Direct Access Units (DAU) and measuring inserts enable direct, low-loss access to the line system

With the help of the SPINNER Direct Access Units (DAU) the high-frequency power of coaxial broadcast antenna systems can be measured without having to disconnect them temporarily and take them out of operation. Our permanently installed direct access units enable direct, low-loss access to the line system via the so-called measurement inserts. For our customers, this means extremely little installation effort and very high precision, as the measurements on the system can be carried out in the end position. The portfolio now includes direct access units up to connection size 9 3/16'' EIA, all of which are suitable for outdoor use.

The use of the precisely fitting SPINNER Measurement insert for coaxial direct access unit 7-16 female, which has two high quality measuring connectors, is suitable for coaxial line systems with an impedance of 50 Ω. The easy assembly is possible within a few minutes and no additional adapters are required for connection to the measurement equipment. After installation, all kinds of measurements can be performed during normal operation of the high-frequency system. The precise and sensitive measurement inserts are delivered in a robust transport case including accessories.
