Low PIM EasyDock Push-Pull Adaptors

Conventional testing adaptors with push-pull mechanisms are designed for manual use. They do not compensate for shifts in position and are therefore unsuited for fully automatic testing.

This is where the advantages of the SPINNER EasyDock push-pull adaptors come into play. This spring-mounted adaptor accommodates shifts in all planes and directions when connected to a device under test (DUT) and is therefore excellently suited for automatic testing. Using these EasyDock products greatly slashes the costs in manufacturing and final inspection.

All SPINNER EasyDock adaptors feature quick & reliable connection, guaranteed mating and are available in three different versions:

  • for jig automated coupling movements to multiple DUT ports, self-aligning, non-locking,
  • for manual coupling to DUT, lockable, perfectly balanced – effortless work, save time – easy latching, highly ergonomic design, suitable for calibrated setups, resistant to shocks and vibrations
  • for robotic based coupling movements to DUT, pick & connect – suitable for 2-jaw gripper, self-aligning, mechanically lockable

SPINNER’s Low PIM EasyDock adaptors are available with 4.3-10 and 7-16 connector interfaces.
