With a 6 1/8" EIA connector HCA618-50 air dielectric cable 6 1/8"-50 premium Plast2000, the cable clamp is screwed onto the trimmed inner and outer conductors. Then the inner and outer conductors are flared. Finally, the connector head is placed on the cable end with the cable clamp and screwed to the flanges. A sealing ring and a copper sealing gasket are installed to ensure adequate impermeability. The cable clamp is completely filled by injecting SPINNER Plast2000 sealing compound to rule out any chance of moisture, sand etc. penetrating into the connector.

The premium design with flared internal and external contacts ensures maximum reliability with high RF power. All connectors have sealed flanges and inlets for overpressure operation.
